The villa is situated in Highlands Reserve which is one of the closest golf estates to Disney. Highlands Reserve is one of the most sought after areas for holiday accommodation with beautiful tree lined streets and top quality villas. The estate also boasts a communal swimming pool, tennis court and play park for small children. The house is one of the largest 4 bedroom villas on the estate and it has been furnished with a top of the range furniture package.

The pool area is very private and secluded with a lovely view to the rear. A BBQ has been installed just outside the pool screen. The pool deck is very spacious and fully furnished with loungers, chairs and a table for pool side dining. It has a covered area with a ceiling fan. Every door to the pool area is fitted with an alarm which is activated when the door is opened and there is access to toilet faciliites directly from the pool side. The pool is screened to keep out unwanted flying visitors, and the pine trees at the rear give you privacy but don't restrict your view or the sun.

The lounge is a beautiful room with views to both front and rear of the house and direct access to the pool deck. It is ideal for reading a book or enjoying a quiet conversation away from the buzz of the family room.

The family room is of an open plan design linking into the kitchen and the breakfast nook. It has a tiled floor and it has direct access to the pool. It is a very bright and spacious room with a large TV, DVD, blu ray player and Playstation 2 for the kids both large and small.

The dining room can be used for formal dining or if you don't want to eat by the pool or in the nook.

The nook is part of the open plan family room & kitchen. It is ideal if you don't want to eat on the pool deck or use the dining room.

The second master suite is situated at the rear of the house with views to the trees. It has its own private shower room and is equipped with a TV, DVD player and telephone.

This is a twin room with ample closet space, TV and DVD player.

This is also a twin room with a good sized closet, TV and Play Station 2.

This bathroom serves the 2 twin rooms.

I have included this for anyone who is interested in playing some golf in Florida. There are dozens of courses in the Orlando area, many of them within half an hours drive from the house. Highlands Reserve is a lovely course with acres of sand so if bunkers are a problem I suggest you get some practice in. North Hampton Drive runs parallel with the first fairway and the house is literally a minutes drive from the club house. However, because the course is on the opposite side of the street the non-golfers don't have their pool-side relaxation being disturbed by a continual stream of passing hackers!
