The prices are per group rental and not per person and it includes US taxes.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the rental.
Please note that there is a charge of £130 per week for pool heat which is recommended from October to April.
Access to the villa will not normally be until 1600hrs on the arrival date. Guests are asked to leave the villa by 1000hrs on the day of departure.
We have just returned home having had a wonderful holiday and celebrating my birthday. The villa is fantastic and was the perfect base for 6 adults and 2 children. Nothing was too much trouble for Derek and Karen before and during our stay. Looking forward to the next visit.
