Return Visits - All return visits will be given a discount.

Long Stay - All bookings of 3 weeks or more will be offered at a discounted rate.

Theme park tickets

We buy our theme park tickets online before we travel. We find it is the cheapest way. We do have links with a company in Florida, Kissimmee Guest Services (KGS) who offer an excellent service and we can get discounts. They are very reliable but to be honest, even with the discount we find that it is cheaper to buy online. KGS do not do hard sell and they are really easy to do business with. If you would prefer to wait until you arrive and speak to someone in person we would recommend them. If you are buying online we recommend www.floridatix.com or www.americanattractions.co 

Villa facilities free of charge

With the exception of pool heat in the cooler months there are no additional costs and the following facilities come free of charge:

High Speed Internet Access: subject to availability, we have free high speed wireless internet access.

Crib/Playpen: Saving of around $30 per week (hire price)

High Chair: saving of $30 per week (hire price)

BBQ: saving of $50 per week (hire price)

In addition we pay the sales tax to the US Government (12%) which is very often added to brochure prices. This can add almost £150 to a 2 week holiday so when you are booking a villa in Florida Always ask if the price quoted includes sales tax.

​Please note: The high chair and travel cot are not included in our cleaning contract and it is down to the guests who use them to clean them afterwards. If you use them please ensure that you leave them a condition that you would expect to find them in.
