Rental Costs

Mid Season - (April - June, Sept'& Oct')Not Easter.	£600 per week including taxes.	$150 p/n and $1000 p/w including taxes.
High Season (July & August, Christmas & Easter)	£650 per week including taxes.	$170 p/n and $1100 p/w including taxes.

The prices are per group rental and not per person. This includes taxes which are very often omitted from brochure prices.

A deposit of £50 per week is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the rental.

A security deposit is required on collection of the keys. This is to cover the costs of any loss or damage during your holiday. It is usually done by leaving credit card details which are destroyed following a satisfactory inspection by the management company.

PLEASE NOTE that minor accidental breakages are not charged for. A charge of £85 per week is required for pool heat which is usually recommended from October to April (inclusive)

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES.

Access to the villa will not normally be until 1600hrs on the arrival date. Guests are asked to leave the villa by 1100hrs on the day of departure
