The villa is located in Highlands Reserve Golf Estate in Davenport which is the closest golf estate to Disney. Although the clubhouse is only a minute away by car, you can stay in our house and never see the course - so the villa is ideal for golfers and non-golfers alike!

It is approximately 25 minutes from Orlando International airport and 1 hour from both Sanford and Tampa . Highlands Reserve is only 15 minutes from the main Disney attractions and a further 10 minutes from Seaworld and Universal Studios.Highway 192 with all its' attractions and restaurants is 5 minutes from the villa and International Drive is approximately 15 minutes away.

A small shopping complex including a supermarket, liquor store, Italian and Chinese food outlets is only 5 minutes walk from the villa. The nearest Wallmart supermarket is literally 5 minutes away - north on Highway 27. At the end of North Hampton Drive there is a small children's play park, a tennis court and communal swimming pool for Highlands Reserve residents.
